JAMES CUXSON is a musician who has dedicated themselves to music and performing. His experience includes the following:
Guitarist for Newcastle University Jazz Orchestra where we played regular for society balls, community events, jazz festivals etc.
Guitarist for Newcastle based Indie Pop band “Firesites”, gigging in various venues across Newcastle such as Head of Steam, Cobalt Studios and The Globe.
Keyboardist for London based singer-songwriter Owen Kennedy, performing at London venues such as The Water Rats and The Finsbury.
Co-founder of Leeds jazz based ensemble “Mikoudi”
Co-founder of function band “Groove Merchants”, performing as a keyboard player at venues such as The Box and Head of Steam in Leeds, as well as various food festivals.
Other places performed at include Sela Bar, Matt and Phreds in Manchester
Cruise Ship Guitarist on P&O Iona's Limelight Band, playing shows for guest entertainers including La Voix, Matt Terry, Lee Mead, Ray Quinn, Kevin Simm & Mary Mac
